National Christian child and family services agency seeks a dynamic leader for its Memphis office.  Responsibilities include leading and managing branch services and staff consistent with professional standards, licensing requirements and national office expectations.  This position is accountable for the financial health, fund development, public relations and strategic planning.   Service delivery includes domestic and international adoptions, pro-life birth parent counseling and foster care.  MSW/MA with 5 years supervisory/administrative experience necessary.  Child welfare experience strongly preferred.
